About Us

Star Union Spirits, in Peru, IL, is a premier distillery serving Peru, Peoria, Bloomington, La Salle, Chicago, Joliet and surrounding areas since 2018, and now an additional 39 states! We specialize in producing handcrafted artisan spirits using non-GMO Midwestern grains and seasonally-available grapes from California and South America. Our facility is a great location for weddings, birthdays, engagements and parties and we also offer distribution to restaurants, bars and retailers.
